You describe the job
Your partYou define the location first, so we can check coverage. Then the service, deliverables you want, and when you'd like it shot. We only ask questions that affect the price, feasibility, and quality of the deliverables.
The quote builds as you go, with every line named. You see the scope, the assumptions, the exclusions, and the cancellation terms before you create an account.

We check the work before you see it
Our partYour pilot shoots against the shot list you built, then uploads when the editing is done. Every file is checked automatically against what you asked for: count, resolution, and coverage.
Files that fall short go back to the pilot. You never see those, and a return visit that was our fault costs you nothing.

When the unexpected happens
Six things we plan for
Drone work depends on weather, access, and airspace. Here’s what actually happens, so none of it is a surprise.
The weather turns
Your pilot calls it off if wind, rain, or visibility is outside safe limits. Weather reschedules are free and your price doesn't change.
The files aren't right
Tell us what's wrong and billing pauses. If we missed something in the brief, the fix is on us.
Nobody can get on site
The pilot reports it and dispatch contacts you. If the shoot can't happen, we reschedule. The pilot is paid for the trip and that cost sits with us.
Your pilot drops out
We re-dispatch, usually the same day, and you keep your time where we can.
The airspace is restricted
Some sites need an FAA authorization and a few can't be flown at all. We check before quoting and tell you either way.
You need to cancel
More than 24 hours out there's no fee, and the deposit carries over if you reschedule. Later than that, you lose the 10% deposit and nothing more.
