- Your contract is with PhotoDrone, not with the pilot who shows up at your job site.
- A quote price is good for 30 days. Times aren't reserved until you pay the deposit.
- You get a 48-hour review window on delivery, and billing pauses while a dispute is open.
- If we can't deliver what was quoted, you don't pay for it.

1.1Parties and scope
These terms govern the relationship between PhotoDrone, Inc. (“PhotoDrone”) and the account holder engaging it for aerial imaging services (“the customer”). Operators performing the work are independent contractors engaged by PhotoDrone and aren't party to this agreement. The customer's contractual counterparty is PhotoDrone in all cases, including where an operator is named in booking materials.
1.2Quotes, acceptance and scope changes
A quote states the deliverables, the job site, the price and its validity period, which is thirty (30) days from issue unless stated otherwise. Times shown at quoting reflect availability at that moment and aren't reserved until a deposit's paid. Acceptance of a quote fixes both price and scope. PhotoDrone may not vary an accepted price or reduce an accepted scope without issuing a revised quote for the customer's acceptance. Where job-site conditions discovered on arrival make the quoted scope impossible, PhotoDrone will notify the customer before proceeding and won't charge for work not performed.
1.3Delivery, review and approval
Delivered files enter a forty-eight (48) hour review window. The customer may request revisions within that window, of which two rounds are included in the quoted price. Where a revision request arises from PhotoDrone's failure to meet the accepted brief, no charge applies regardless of rounds used. Billing is suspended while a revision request or dispute is open. Files are treated as approved at the end of the review window if no request is received.
1.4Payment
A deposit of ten percent (10%) of job value is payable on booking. The balance is charged on approval, or at the end of the review window where approval is automatic. PhotoDrone doesn't charge for a job it hasn't delivered. Where a job is partially delivered, only the delivered portion is chargeable and PhotoDrone will state the calculation in writing.
1.5Limitation of liability
PhotoDrone's aggregate liability arising from a job is limited to the total amount paid for that job, except where liability can't be limited by law. PhotoDrone isn't liable for consequential loss, including loss of a sale, a tenancy or a contract, arising from delay or from imagery not meeting an undisclosed purpose. Nothing in this clause limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by operator negligence, which is separately insured.
